Green with Envy | OOTD

I Love reading posts on Plus size OOTD's, There is nothing more I enjoy when I see another curvy or plus size blogger posting with their confident little faces in their pictures because they feel sexy, because they love what they are in and sometimes you just can't capture that in words.

One of the blogs I have been following for some time now is Louise from Sprinkle of Glitter. I think she is fabulous. Shes down to earth and 100% herself and I think If I'm ever going to relate to women, it's going to be the ones that are real and normal. Louise is Beautiful, She calls herself fat and chubby like the rest of us do. To me, she has this air of innocents to her and she is a huge inspiration.

After seeing Louise in her Midi Dress post ( linked here ) I fell in love with her outfit. So for the first time I purchased something of Asos. I can remember growing up it never catered for Larger ladies ( as I have always been one ) and it was upon seeing it on Louise that I thought, Sod it, I don't care if it clings to my wobbly bits, I can just see myself loving it so I'm going to be bold and daring and just get it.

Well, I did and I'm so glad I did. The dress is so sexy. Its long and flattering as it covers my cellulite on my legs, It would look cute either casually or with heels and a sparkly cardi and chunky necklace and it was in that moment when Mr Beard told me he was taking me out to dinner up in Leicester square that I thought I just had to show my outfit from last night today as my Plus size OTTD !

Now I don't have many belts and it's really something I think I will need to invest in. I literally have this big one so it will have to do.

Dress - Asos (exact here)
Belt - Primark
Shoes - Marks & Spencers

Cardigan - Dorothy Perkins
Necklace - Marks & Spencers

I thought I'd show you a picture of me with my little cardi and big necklace to show it a bit more glammed up!

Seeing as the Dress was only £25 I wouldn't call it that expensive. It's super comfy and made of cotton so I know I'm going to get alot of wear out of it. Deffo will be going to purchase the Navy one and then eventually the black one too! As it comes past my knee I can get away with wearing it even though its winter.

Is there outfit you are loving at the moment? Maybe you have an outfit you love! Why don't you share it with me and comment below! I'd love to hear what you think too!

I always reply to all my comments & will always return the favor.

  4. That colour is perfect on you! I agree, it looks great with a chunky necklace. I haven't been able to get into the midi-dress trend personally, but I just might give it a try!
